Long Span
This no-nonsense heavy-duty system is perfect for every application where manual loading onto the shelf is required.
An extensive range of heights, widths & depths make this a very versatile system with straight forward construction and adjustment.
This is a modular construction where the initial bay can be joined on with extension bays to form a row (see illustration.)
Shelf heights are adjustable on 50mm vertical increments.
All bays supplied with either 18mm thick chipboard shelves or Galvanised steel panels depending on your particular application.

Lockable Shelving
Where the security of your stock in storage is a priority, whether it be due to the high value of your products or a busy high footfall stockroom or warehouse, we are able to provide lockable doors for your shelving and therefor protect and maintain your most valuable of assets.
These can be provided as a retro-fit to existing shelving or supplied as part of a new installation. Doors can be provided with the option mesh or Perspex panels to maintain the visible checks you may require without the need to unlock.

Rolled Edge
Rolled Edge Shelving is a bolt-free system designed to have smooth aesthetic lines making it perfect for your office & Library as well as the stock room or warehouse, ideal for small parts storage.
The shelf adjuster clip locates in the underside of the actual panel unseen once assembled giving the shelving bay very clean lines. All parts powder coated Light Grey epoxy RAL7035 and a full range of sizes are available.
Rolled Edge also adapts well to virtually any specific application with full range of accessories available.

Slot-Fix Shelving Units
Our own manufacture shelving system offers all-steel shelving that is simple to assemble & adjust in a range of sizes. It provides great shelf strength and rigidity which makes it completely versatile with a whole host of applications throughout industry.
All the shelving framework components are epoxy powder coated in LightGrey 7035 with the load bearing shelf panels in pre-galvanised steel to offer a completely durable finish.
Standard weight capacity per shelf is 150kgs (UDL) and the vertical adjustment for shelf spacings is 50mm.

Trimline Bolt-Free
This super strong modular shelving system provides bolt-free construction and easy re-configuration once installed. It is probably the most well-established shelving system ever produced, being widely used around the globe throughout industry incorporating absolutely all sectors.

Garment Storage Bays
Trimline Garment storage is the most effective system available for any bulk hanging requirements, that can be incorporated within a conventional modular shelving system.
Rails are adjustable in height on 1” vertical increments and can be configured within the bay as a single central rail or asa pair of rails fitted as a double sided unit.
Widths up to 4’ clear span between uprights.
Depths up to 3’ deep.
Heights up to 10’ high.
1” diameter Galvanised rails with a load capacity up to 50kgs.
Rails can be incorporated within a shelving bay, above or below existing shelves where a mix of conventional and hanging storage is needed. Pallet Racking
Adjustable Pallet Racking is designed to correctly & safely accommodate your palletised stock, with a range of sizes and load capacities matched to your pallet dimensions this is a truly multi-purpose storage system utilized throughout industry for the storage of bulk items on pallets typically in a warehouse.
2 Main Components.
Upright frames predominantly in 2 standard depths of 900mm & 1100mm.
Multiple heights starting at 2.5m up to 7m.
Pairs of Beams in 1.35m / 2.25m / 2.7m & 3.3m lengths allow Euro pallet sizes to be stored in either orientation.

Pallet Support Bars
If the pallets you are storing are extra heavy or if the actual pallet frame is of a sub-standard quality then P.S.B’s will offer additional support spanning the front rack beam to the rear, often utilized in pairs they are designed to sit over the existing rack and tech-fixed in place to provide an excellent indicator for the exact pallet position.
We can offer these as a retro-fitted product to fit your existing system, we will ask you to provide a few critical dimensions so they will be a perfect fit.

Timber Decking
Open planked timber decks allow you to optimise your racking system especially where the variation of stock or poor quality of pallets makes safe storage and the risk of falling products a real problem.
These pre-assembled frameworks simply locate over the rack beams and retaining planks eliminate the risk of dislodging.

The folded galvanized steel design allows them to simply sit on the front & rear beams providing a strong flat shelf deck and are essential to maintain conformity with fire & insurance regulations.
They are easily retro-fitted to any existing racking system regardless of age and have the added advantage of being removable for cleaning & re-configuring your racks.

Engineers’ cabinet with Perspex panelled doors
2m high x 1m wide x 500mm deep. All shelves adjustable in height every 25mm and capable of accommodating 100kgs each U.D.L
This heavy-duty storage cabinet with clear panelled doors allows the user to see inside whilst the cabinet is locked.
Fully welded carcass construction, 3 hinges per door and a 3-point lock with vertical locking bars make this cabinet a proven popular product in many industrial applications.

Extra Secure Extra Heavy-Duty Cabinets
These storage cabinets are manufactured using 1.5mm thick commercial grade steel with fully welded seams and the doors are locked secure with twin 7 lever mortice locks.
Each shelf has a safe working load capacity of 200kgs and locates on heavy duty crossbeams.

Static Workbenches
Our heavy-duty Workbenches are a fully welded construction in hot rolled steel angle with strengthenedGalvanised or timber worktops. There are 4 standard lengths to choose from and 3 depths. All come with a base shelf, a vice plate on the front right corner and a lockable cupboard below the worktop.
Simply choose your ideal size, what type of worktop you require and we will manufacture to your specification.
Mobile Workbenches
All static Workbenches can be purchased as a fully mobile version. This stands on it’s 4 legs when in use, for maximum stability with the wheels off the floor, and a simple lever action lowers the under-carriage to raise theWorkbench onto it’s wheels allowing you r Workbench to be re-located to the next job.
